Sit and Go players take note. Winner.com Poker has a weekly contest with $4,000 in prizes up for grabs exclusively for SNG players.
Simply play in as many SNG tournaments as you can between Wednesday and Monday each of the next 4 weeks, starting February 1st. You will be awarded points for every Sit and Go you play in based on your finishing position (even if you don’t finish in the money). The more SNGs you play, the more points you will accumulate.
There are 3 leaderboards each week: $1-$5 buy-ins; $10-$20 and $30+. There is also a Double Up leaderboard specially for players who prefer the Double or Nothing SNG format. The leaderboard weekly payouts are $500, $1,000 and $1,500 respectively. The Double Up leaderboard pays out $1,000 each week.
Payouts are to the Top 20 in each of the 3 leaderboards with top prizes of $100, $200 and $300. The Double Up leaderboard pays out to 25 places, with a top prize of $200.
Leaderboard points are based on the finishing in each Sit-and-Go. Different tables award different amounts of points, but (roughly) the last place finisher gets 1 points, 2nd last gets 2 points, 3rd last gets 3 points, and so on. Larger SNGs (2-tables) have a slightly different payout with 14 points maximum for the winner.
