I play alot of my girlfriend's house, and she has two roomates with accounts. These accounts were both started in the past month. Neither of their accounts were closed, only mine.

Here's another data point. My account was also closed, no gnomes or cheating, just whoring. My play on Empire was fairly limited, I did the signup bonus, IGMPay, and a few reloads. Only been playing with them since January.

I think I was shutdown simply because I'm a whore. I would play the minimum hand required to clear my bonus and then cashout. I never left money in my account and never played there unless I was working on a bonus. I'm sure my MGR was negative.

Has anyone had there account frozen today or yesterday?

Even if not, that doesn't mean it's over by any means. It would be nice to know you're in the clear, but it'll take several weeks of no locks before I'll quit thinking about it.

Called PayPro and they had me email vip@empirepoker.com. I fired an email off to them and they replied that my account was randomly chosen to check for suspicious activities. They told me what they had to close my account due to my confirmed suspicious activities.

My Empire account is used soley for whoring. I've only bonus whored 3x max but everytime I cash out immediately after clearing bonus. Bonus whoring and having multiple Party skins account has got to be it. *shrug*

Have hit pokernow maybe 2-3 times max for a bonus since they started and figured yesterday I might deposit some money just to give the site some action.
To my surprise I could not deposit using neteller and I then got the dreaded Paypro urgent bullshit mail that in the end results in me contacting V.I.P -Gestapo customer service....

I guess having the nerve to deposit money falls under "suspicous and wrongful behaviour"...shame on me !

Has anyone actually LOST their money on a closed Empire account? Im only wondering if I should even bother doin' the 50% reload if it means risking a lot of my very limited BR.

I had my account clossed by empire and I will now have my wife withdrawl all her funds from empire

If empire is loosing so much money from our bonus whoring then I don't feel safe leaving any money with there poker site.

They did cash back my money that was in my account but who is to say in the futur that they will continue to do this on other accounts.

I will be telling everyone I know that usues empire that they should close there accounts.
