I lost nearly $10K not to mention the hourly I lost having to grind up a new bankroll from $400 on Stars when I was at NL200 at Eurolinx.

Hows the liquidation coming? How the hell can Microgaming have no comment on all when they were transferring money through a clearinghouse to and from skins?

I mean, I won $700 about 4 hours before Eurolinx was taken offline. Where is that $700? Microgaming just shipped it to them and let them keep it?

We have been given no new information. As stated, you can be assured that if and when we hear something new, we will pass it on immediately. Keep in mind this is an ongoing police investigation and they will share information only when they are in a position to do so legally.

4 months and there's no news on the liquidators assigned to the case? No real statement from Microgaming? Really? Nothing?

Can you not have a MG Rep come in and assist us and answer questions from us? It seems like a logical thing to do from a company you do business with. If they have nothing to hide why not?!?!

We will certainly try to contact Microgaming and ask them to post here, but I wouldn't get your hopes up since they have yet to respond anywhere else… forums, blogs, news outlets etc. And they have not provided any new info in this case to anyone at this time.

As we have previously stated several times, our relationships are with the individual poker rooms NOT network providers. We have had no contact with the company Microgaming since BW has operated which is the same for all other affiliates like us. This is also the case with Boss, iPoker, Crypto, Ongame etc.

they turn up to all the big affilate events. Why don't you approach them there?

Aren't you worried if the wrong skin goes that an innocent skin like coolhandpoker could under?

Eg high stake player loses 500K skin goes under and the 500K never gets the 500K and the skin owed it also goes under?

seems extremely high risk gamble to me. But i guess BW likes high risk gambles with customers funds so long as they are getting affilate payments.

Doesn't it concern you the lack of action from microgaming makes future problems highly possible?

All,

We received this update from MG:

"Please note at the moment we do not have further update on this matter. When the police will conclude the investigation, all the players will be notified accordingly.

Thanks and Regards,"

:( At least they state that the investigation is still going.

I lost less than $200. While it was all freeroll winnings (shout out to deezamn), it still stings (once it's in your stack, it's yours), but I really feel for those who lost more.

I see the client now loads a "The page cannot be displayed" message, and the only web page I get says "The connection has timed out. The server at http://www.eurolinx.com is taking too long to respond."

I did a quick Google search of "Jo Remme" and then "Eurolinx liquidation" and found nothing newer than November '09.

<sigh>

Basically from what i gather nobody will ever see anything from the heavily promoted up until the last minute (against the advice of forum members despite issues) Eurolinx will never pay a cent out to anyone as there is no money. That is probably why there will be no real updates anymore.

However this is by far the most popular thread at bonuswhores in a long time. Must tell management something.

Cross posted from 2+2:

Send them an email (again)

Just copy paste and send to all MG mail addresses.

Hi MicroGaming,

Again, I would like to inquire on the proceedings regarding the Euorlinx liquidation (and the obvious loss of my funds).

I hope and trust you can answer a couple of questions, regarding the matter?

- What is the current situation regarding Eurolinx?
- Who are its liquidators and how can I contact them?
- Are you still in contact with, or have you recently contacted Jo Remme, owner of Eurolinx?
- How is it possible various MicroGaming licensees can set up elaborate scams, with the only victims being the players (and some affiliates). Eurolinx, BetonBet, Tusk and Grand Prive to name a few... Why did this, in recent years, only happen at MicroGaming?
- Do you have a document in which it states where Eurolinx was/is licensed as a casino operator? If so, can you provide me with a copy.

Im looking forward to your reply (as do a lot of other players).

Kindest regards,
