I am waiting for a moneybookers payout for 10 days now.
Live chat tells me different stories everytime i ask why there is a delay.
Today the reason was "technical difficulties".
Looks like they are having financial problems..

Yeah I was considering doing unibet then a realised what a huge liability microgaming has over it's head and now I am not so sure.

They have the players purse from the tusk issue and were trying to basically steal it from the players. Now the players know and the liquidators are going to force microgaming to pay. I have no idea how safe money is micogaming will be with these court actions going on.

I would say ladbrokes is definitly safe, but past that I don't know.

Finally got it working. Their Support was super helpful, not sure what the exact problem was but we tried different things (i.e. my Anti-Virus might have been blocking it, etc), finally they emailed me a file and it worked instantly. Back to losing......

sad news of the way eurolinx is going. They were always accomdating to the players.

microgaming is really trying everything to destroy it's rep.

Just curious if you guys received your Cash Outs? I've only been waiting a few days, but hope I don't have to wait a few weeks as I want to get started somewhere else!

you realise betonbet = eurolinx basically. I wouldn't hold your breath for anything in a reasonable timeframe.

I will bug them everyday I guess until I get my Cash Out.

Nicole: Hello. How may I assist you?
you: Hi, just wondering how long a Cash Out takes?
Nicole: This all depends on the cashout method.
you: Throught moneybookers
Nicole: And also if this was a first withdrawal or not.
you: yes my first
you: If I do it through Cake Poker it takes 48 hours tops (from my first one)
Nicole: This method might take up to 3 banking days, for all first withdrawals it might take longer.
you: longer like a day?
Nicole: We run standard security checks for all initial withdrawals.
you: ok, so what a day?
Nicole: I have no time frame unfortunately.
Nicole: This depends on the workload the Finance Team has.
you: Okay, there is a thread at 2+2 about Eurolinx and Cash Outs taking weeks, just curious
you: and people not getting their money for a long time
Nicole: Yes, some withdrawals have been delayed, we know about this issue. However this will be resolved soon.
you: Okay, I will check back tomorrow, thank you for your help
you: take care
Nicole: All players will get their funds.
Nicole: You're most welcome!
Nicole: Thank you for visiting.

LOL - That is ridiculous! I withdrew at Cake the same day for their reload and have deposited back and played there.

If by later this week there hasn't been any progress we will contact our affiliate rep about anyone who has outstanding cashouts to see if there is anything they can do.

The 2+2 thread made it look like eurolinx withdrawals were fixed for a little while but it now back to everyone complaining :(

One theory is because microgaming holds the funds because eurolinx has marketed to winning players they are constantly waiting for settlements from eurolinx because the money is always going out from their skin.

If that's really the case, why don't they just come out and say it. Their reputation is totally shot at this point.

okay things have got worse in that thread.

One player has been told they would accept stars money for eurolinx money by eurolinx, while a eurolinx rep has been trying to put people in touch with this guy to by "phoenix cards" for money at poker sites.

I would really avoid eurolinx and betonbet like the plague until everything becomes clear but at the moment all signs point to going under slowly.

:(

I am sad to say but I think BW should temp. remove them since players money may not be safe there.

The bolded part made me laugh pretty good!

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
You are now chatting with 'Nicole'
Nicole: Hello. How may I assist you?
you: Hi Nicole, we spoke yesterday about my Cash Out
you: any update?
Nicole: Kindly hold on for a moment. Thank you.
you: thanks
Nicole: I can see that these pending withdrawals are your first withdrawals here. This means that they need to go through standard security checks first. It might slow down the withdrawal process.
you: But there is a giant thread at twoplustwo.com about A LOT of people waiting for withdrawls
you: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28/in ... ls-484586/
you: A lot of poker players aren't happy about this, you have a good site and its ruining your reputation
Nicole: Yes, we are aware of this. We do apologize all players with late withdrawals for all inconvenience caused by that and we can assure all of them that this situation will be resolved as soon as possible. We are working on it at our best.
Nicole: I know that all players will get their money back to their accounts.
you: I just hope I don't have to wait weeks for this, other sites take a day or two
Nicole: I know this is very upsetting but we have some new security measures that slow down the withdrawal progress lately.
you: Ok, well nothing more that I can but wait. Probably won't deposit here again though if takes to long.
you: take care
Nicole: This is just a temporary problem.
Nicole: We are well known for the fast cashouts.
you: LOL - Ladbrokes is, but not Eurolinx
Nicole: Well, thank you for your feedback.
you: Thanks for your help, take care
Nicole: You're most welcome!
Nicole: Take care too!
you: If you read that thread you'll see what I'm talking about. Take care
Nicole: Thanks for the patience!
Nicole: I am updated on this.
you: bye
Nicole: Good bye!
Nicole: Thank you for visiting.

There is some real shady stuff in that 2+2 thread

I remember I, too, was offered the transfer to tilt or stars option when cashing out 20k last year.

<--- that is the actual eurolinx rep

This was no scam or anything, he was serious

They used to be well known for their fast withdrawals and generous rewards. Now they are known as the sinking ship.

I've got a cashout pending at Eurolinx. If their cash flow problems are only temporary, it would be nice to get a no-load bonus to work on instead of just having funds hanging in limbo awaiting a withdrawl.
