Cake Poker is the flagship site of the Revolution Gaming Network, one of the newer and rapidly more popular poker networks.
There are several other skins on the Cake Poker Network that help keep the tables full, including Power Poker. Cake Poker is firmly against PokerTracker support and as such have some of the softest games available online. They also allow players to change their nickname once a week so that people will not be able to keep detailed notes on you, which makes it harder for them to adjust to your style of play. Cake Poker has been online since 2006 and is increasingly becoming a popular place for people from around the world to play.
The Revolution Gaming Network does allow US players, however Cake recently migrated its US player base to Juicy Stakes Poker.
If you are from the US, please visit our Juicy Stakes page for an equivalent sign-up poker bonus offer of 200% up to $2,000.

Cake Poker provides very prompt customer support via email, but that is the only method available. Their customer service agents are knowledgeable and usually take care of any issues that you have right away. Cake Poker also takes care of it’s customers through their various loyalty programs such as the Gold Chip Reward Program and the Gold Card Program. You earn Gold Chips based on the number of frequent player points you earn each month and those can be redeemed in the Cake Store or for tournament entries. Gold Cards are awarded randomly during cash game play and can be cashed in during daily Gold Card lotteries or also for special Gold Card tournaments.
Traffic at mid to low stakes is bountiful with a good amount of both full ring and short handed tables being available. A quick browse through the lobby will let you find which players are grinding on many tables and which tables are only fish. You are mostly likely to find only Texas Hold’em games going on Cake Poker, although there are mid/low stakes Omaha games going fairly regularly, depending on the time of day.
The average level of play at Cake Poker is quite low and it is not difficult to beat the games there. This applies especially to the tournaments in which you will find many extremely poor players. Cake Poker offers many guaranteed prize pool tournaments that draw in fish through low priced satellite tournaments. Many are rebuy tournaments, but if you’re willing to let the other players do the majority of the rebuying they can be very profitable.
Cake Poker’s software is fairly basic, and has plenty of bugs. This keeps many of the pro’s away, leading to softer games that are more profitable for the average player. The software weaknesses affect all players equally so it really isn’t too much of a hassle, although frequent disconnects and freezes can be extremely frustrating.
Having fixed table sizes make it difficult to play more than 4 tables at a time on a single monitor, although with no PokerTracker support it would be difficult to play many more than that profitably. There are instant hand histories and the option for a 4 color deck but that’s really about it.
Cake Poker is no longer accepting players from the US, however they have migrated former US players to Juicy Stakes Poker.
You may have accounts at multiple skins on the Revolution Gaming Network. However, you can't use the same email address for multiple sites on the network.
Players may only have one rakeback account on the Revolution Gaming Network.
