Game Features

There is a good variety of games offered at 24hPoker: besides the mandatory Texas Hold'em, Omaha Hi and Hi/Lo, Seven-Card Stud Hi and Hi/Lo and Five-Card Draw; 24hPoker also has Soko (Canadian Stud), Telesina, Americana, Caribbean Stud and Triple-Draw Lowball. The games vary between No-Limit, Pot-Limit, and Fixed-Limit, with options for playing full-table games, short-handed, and heads-up. As is usual in most sites, there is high traffic on Hold’em, but 24hPoker stands out from the crowd because of their high-stakes Omaha High games and the high traffic at the five-card draw poker tables.

Ring games come in all sizes, with buy ins from €0.02/€0.04 to €750/€1500 and table sizes going from heads-up to short-handed (6 seats), normal (9 seats) and large (10 seats.)

Tournaments are neatly classified: there are scheduled as well as Sit & Gos, Freerolls and Satellites. Software Features

There are two software options for 24hPoker: the downloadable version and an online Java version that is perfect for Mac and Linux users. The graphics are sleek and appealing, if rather minimalistic. The software runs smoothly in both versions, and although it does not have as many options as other sites offer it has everything necessary for a satisfactory poker experience: statistics, 4-color decks, and several toggle options for animations, sounds and cards.

24hPoker’s software allows for multi-table play without a problem, but it has been reported to crash or slow down if you run other poker software at the same time.
